Since 2018 I've led social strategy for consumer brands, most recently as a Social Media Manager. Same instinct for writing that moves people to act, different title. I'm building a portfolio in UX writing: microcopy, onboarding, error states, the small moments that make a product feel human. Here to learn from people doing the work and get honest feedback on mine.
