My perspective is that a good strategy shouldn’t remain in the boardrooms where it was conceptualised. The people it serves should feel it in how a product works, a service responds, and a brand communicates. For me, strategy must take a true "Batho Pele" approach, putting real people and their lived realities first. If customers cannot experience it, the strategy has not done its job.
