Hoy en día nos enfrentamos a un continuo y acelerado crecimiento o decaída de los productos y servicios en los que trabajamos, es por eso que no podemos dejar por fuera a nuestros usuarios al momento de hacer mejoras o nuevas implementaciones que puedan afectar la experiencia.
Gracias a las pruebas de usabilidad podemos observar y aprender de los usuarios para así tomar mejores decisiones de diseño, con el fin de mejorar la experiencia, la retención de clientes y aumentar las ganancias de la empresa.
En esta charla haremos un recorrido por el antes el durante y el después de una prueba de usabilidad, entendiendo los principales fundamentos para realizarla. Además conocerás algunas buenas y malas prácticas que te ayudarán cuando te enfrentes a diferentes tipos de personas.
