Sobre la charla
Lucas nos contará historias sobre su trabajo como investigador de UX en Dinamarca. Sobre clientes, sobre usuarios, sobre las cosas buenas y malas de la profesión. Explicará distintos métodos y ayudas que utiliza para hacer experiencia de usuario. Y para terminar, reflexionaremos sobre las implicaciones éticas de la profesión. Esos momentos en los que es difícil decir que no a un trabajo que no queremos, en los que toca hacer cosas que no siempre están bien, pero que en su momento son necesarias.
