Pour notre prochain meetup IxDF Québec, on vous propose une soirée hors de l’ordinaire : deux auteurs, deux livres, deux regards sur des sujets qui touchent directement notre pratique et notre quotidien.
Daniel Lafrenière viendra nous parler de son livre lancé récemment, L’art (perdu) du commerce. Une occasion de réfléchir à la relation entre commerce, service et expérience client, et de découvrir les idées et histoires qui se cachent derrière son ouvrage.
Nous accueillerons ensuite Bertrand Lirette qui viendra nous présenter Périphérie du design: étendre la conception à l'expérience client. Il partagera avec nous sa réflexion, et ce qui l’a amené à mettre ces idées sur papier avec ses co-autrices et co-auteurs.
Une soirée pour découvrir, échanger, et peut-être repartir avec une nouvelle lecture! (Quelques copies seront disponibles sur place! 🤩)

An IxDF Local Group connects you with people in your city who are building and applying design skills in their work. Together, you'll strengthen your craft, expand your network, and put theory into practice.
IxDF Local Groups meet regularly in person at cafés, company offices, or creative spaces to share ideas, give feedback, run workshops, and learn from each other. Many groups also organize IxDF Design Dinners, where the conversation goes deeper over a meal. These aren't just social events.
