AI is already becoming part of the UX workflow. But using AI more often does not necessarily mean using it well.
Where does it genuinely improve research, synthesis, ideation, content, prototyping, testing, and design systems? Where can it introduce generic thinking, weak assumptions, bias, or false confidence? And which design decisions should remain fundamentally human?
Join IxDF Turin for an informal, in-person coffee meetup where UX designers, researchers, product designers, students, and curious professionals can exchange real experiences of working with AI.
This will not be a traditional lecture or a presentation about the latest AI tools. It will be an open community conversation built around actual workflows, experiments, lessons, questions, and even failures.
You are invited to bring one example:
• A task where AI genuinely improved your process • An AI experiment that did not work as expected • A workflow or tool you would like to discuss • A question or concern about using AI responsibly in UX • A design decision you would never fully delegate to AI
Together, we will explore how AI is changing different parts of UX practice, how we can evaluate its outputs critically, and how designers can preserve research quality, creativity, accessibility, ethics, and human judgment.
You do not need to be an AI expert. Whether you use AI every day, have only started experimenting with it, or remain skeptical about its role in design, your perspective belongs in the conversation.
Come for a coffee, meet members of the IxDF Turin community and designers from Turin and nearby cities, and help us build a more practical and thoughtful understanding of AI in UX.

What is an IxDF Local Group and why should I join one?
An IxDF Local Group connects you with people in your city who are building and applying design skills in their work. Together, you'll strengthen your craft, expand your network, and put theory into practice.
IxDF Local Groups meet regularly in person at cafés, company offices, or creative spaces to share ideas, give feedback, run workshops, and learn from each other.
