Starting his career as an engineer, Richard’s journey through Design, UX Consulting, and Product Management has given him a depth of perspective on the software development lifecycle.
Richard has honed his understanding of the web and digital marketing, working with global agencies like Ogilvy UK, delivering projects for clients like American Express and Unilever across Europe, Australia, and Asia, before going on to lead venture-backed tech startups in UX & Product Management.
Today, Richard & the team at BugHerd are focused on redefining how digital agencies manage feedback internally and with their clients, saving as many folks as possible from the spreadsheet-and-screenshot mess that comes with web projects.
