Reporting to the AVP, Head of Brand Design, this highly visible senior design leader will shape and deliver best-in-class brand assets, identity systems, and digital experiences at scale. The ideal candidate brings 12+ years of experience in-house, at an agency, or both, with a demonstrated ability to translate business priorities into compelling brand expression that drives market impact across customer touchpoints.

This leader combines strategic acumen, exceptional craft, and deep customer focus with the credibility and presence to align and influence at the highest levels. They will lead the ongoing evolution and optimization of [REDACTED]’s global brand identity systems across all channels and mediums, including digital, retail, experiential, advertising, and out-of-home.

Success in this role requires both creative excellence and operational discipline: the ability to bring clarity to ambiguity, align stakeholders around clear objectives, and deliver exceptional work with speed, rigor, and accountability. Equally important, this leader must be willing to work hands-on when needed, moving seamlessly between setting creative direction and executing the work itself.

This individual will serve as a trusted creative partner across the studio and the broader enterprise, building strong cross-functional relationships, elevating the quality of design, and championing design as a strategic business driver. They will also contribute to a strong culture of design excellence through mentorship, teaching, curiosity, and humility.
