📋 Description
- Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery
- Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
- Review junior designers' work to ensure high quality
- Support, mentor and train offshore designers
- Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
- Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met
- Ability to think narratively, creating sequences that illuminate user stories through the lens of UI mixed with other visuals (photography, video, motion graphics)
- Ensure brand guidelines and directives are embraced consistently and creatively
- Communicate and be able to justify conceptual and directional choices
- Be accountable for excellent execution
- Demonstrate continuous visible progress based on feedback
🎯 Requirements
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field
- 5+ years of proven graphic designing experience
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
