📋 Description
- Deliver exceptional work while representing all UX & Product disciplines at the account level
- Build relationships with clients and internal departments
- Drive cross-functional process and efficiency
- Identify growth opportunities and mentor a team of 1-3 UX designers and researchers
- Own the UX & Product point of view on project planning and account strategy
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of UX and product design experience
- Deep understanding of the iterative user experience design process
- Proficiency with Figma, Miro, JIRA, and Notion
- Experience with agile work processes
- Ability to manage and grow a team
- Excellent communication skills to relay design decisions and user insights clearly
- Comfortable collecting, relaying, and acting on performance feedback
