UI/UX Designer

We are looking for someone who is an expert in UI/UX design to join our growing company. You will be a good fit if you are driven to create elegant, but well thought out solutions for customer application though UX/UI designs paterns. What we are looking for!

• Demonstrated UX/UI-centred design skills;
• 3+ years of experience in designing applications (apps and web apps);
• Preferably has experience working on SaaS based products;
• Proficiency in [REDACTED] or similar design tools;
• Good, clear communication;
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English;
• Flexible to new input, feedback, and critical thinking;
• Comfortable working closely with the product on remote bases;
• Comfortable working closely with the business development teams on remote bases;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively;
• Knowledge and passion for user experience, technology and design;
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Identify the right vision from stakeholders through field research, user interviews, usability testing, competitor research, etc;
• Create and manage the design vision in cooperation with stakeholders and dev team;
• Prioritise and rapidly produce prototypes for features, using a variety of tools (such as [REDACTED], etc);
• Validate the created usability with stake holders;
• Provide tasks for development team in agreed format and tools (as tickets in [REDACTED], etc);
• Deliver problem solving designs for located bugs and identified UX/UI blockers.
