Job Description

As a UI/UX Designer at [REDACTED], you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for our ERP and web applications. You'll work closely with the Development, Product, and Marketing teams to bridge the gap between design and technology, ensuring seamless user experiences. A working understanding of web application structures, design systems, and color variables will be essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and enhance user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on usability and aesthetics.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design accuracy and maintain consistency across web applications.
• Understand and apply web design principles, responsive layouts, and color variables (CSS/SCSS).
• Work with design systems and component libraries to maintain visual consistency.
• Contribute to UI improvements for dashboards, forms, and data-heavy ERP modules.
• Participate in user research and usability testing to refine design outcomes.
• Create visual assets, icons, and marketing-related graphics when needed.
• Stay current with emerging design trends, web technologies, and UX best practices.
• Mentor junior designers and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer in web or software projects.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for UI/UX design and prototyping.
• Working knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular basics).
• Understanding of color variables, design tokens, and responsive design concepts.
• Strong sense of visual hierarchy, layout design, color theory, and typography.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for graphics and visual design tasks.
• Familiarity with Design Thinking, User Research, and Usability Testing.
• Good understanding of web accessibility and interaction design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Design, Computer Science, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• A background in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or Web Design is preferred.
