About the Role
[REDACTED] is looking for a UI/UX Designer to shape the look, feel, and usability of our AI-driven products, websites, and product launches. You'll design intuitive interfaces, craft modern marketing visuals, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to turn ideas into clean, functional, and visually compelling designs.
This role is ideal for someone who blends strong traditional design fundamentals with modern AI-powered tools to work faster and smarter in a fast-moving, product-focused environment.
What You'll Do
- Design intuitive, modern user interfaces for web and digital products
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity product designs
- Design websites, landing pages, dashboards, and product-related screens
- Create flyers, banners, social media creatives, and visuals for new features and launches
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate requirements into effective design solutions
- Use AI tools to speed up workflows, generate ideas, explore layouts, and raise overall design quality
- Maintain design consistency across all product and marketing materials
- Conduct basic user research and apply UX best practices to improve usability
- Prepare design assets and clean handoff files for developers
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing product designs, websites, landing pages, and marketing creatives
- Solid command of Figma and modern, component-based design workflows
- Excellent grasp of UI principles, UX best practices, typography, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing responsive websites and digital products
- Good understanding of branding, color theory, and visual communication
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered design and productivity tools such as Claude, Figma Make, Stitch, MagicPath, and ChatGPT
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple design tasks independently
Nice to Have
- Basic understanding of front-end principles (HTML, CSS, responsive design)
- Experience working with SaaS products, tech products, or startup environments
- Experience creating product launch visuals, feature announcements, and marketing campaigns
- Ability to write design copy, microcopy, or feature descriptions using AI tools
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design
