Key Responsibilities
- Gather and understand business and user requirements.
- Conduct user research, create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design responsive web and mobile applications following UI/UX best practices.
- Build and maintain design systems and reusable components.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation.
- Create dashboards, enterprise applications, landing pages, presentations, and marketing creatives.
- Participate in usability testing and continuously improve designs based on feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, accessibility standards, and AI-driven design practices.
AI Expectations
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools such as Figma AI, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Gemini, Midjourney, or similar tools.
- Ability to leverage AI for research, ideation, UX writing, wireframing, and design exploration.
- Understanding of AI-powered user experiences, including chatbots, AI assistants, and personalized interfaces, is a plus.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, Design Thinking, Interaction Design, and Information Architecture.
- Expertise in Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, FigJam, or similar tools.
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
- Knowledge of Design Systems, accessibility (WCAG), and usability best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have:
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum.
- Experience designing SaaS, fintech, or enterprise products.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Hotjar, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, B.E., BCA, or equivalent.
- 35 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
Portfolio A strong portfolio is mandatory and should demonstrate:
- User research and problem-solving
- User flows and wireframes
- Interactive prototypes
- High-fidelity UI designs
- Design systems and case studies
