About this role

Job Description

  1. Utilize AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Figma AI, Lovable, v0, or similar tools) to support the design process, prototyping, coding, debugging, documentation, and improve overall productivity.
  2. Design wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes for websites, mobile applications, and internal dashboards.
  3. Conduct user research and translate business requirements into intuitive and user-friendly designs.
  4. Create consistent, visually appealing user interfaces aligned with the established design system.
  5. Implement designs into responsive user interfaces using Front-End Web technologies or Flutter.
  6. Collaborate with the Product Team and Developers to ensure implementation aligns with the intended design.
  7. Conduct usability evaluations and provide improvement recommendations based on user feedback.
  8. Maintain UI consistency and continuously enhance the user experience across all company digital products.

Requirements

  1. Must be proficient in using AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Figma AI, Lovable, v0, or similar tools) as an integral part of the design and product development workflow.
  2. Have 2–3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
  3. A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or other related fields is preferred.
  4. Proficient in using Figma for creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems.
  5. Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, usability, responsive design, and user-centered design.
  6. Able to implement designs using Front-End Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Vue, or similar frameworks) or Flutter.
  7. Understand the design handoff process to developers and be able to collaborate effectively during product implementation.
  8. Possess a UI/UX design portfolio.
  9. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  10. Highly detail-oriented with strong attention to detail in both design and implementation.
  11. Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and continuously develop skills in both design and product development.
