UI/UX Designer (Junior/Middle – 1–2 Years Experience)

We are building innovative sports technology products that help athletes and coaches make better decisions through data and intuitive user experiences. We're looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer who enjoys creating clean, modern interfaces and is eager to grow with our team.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Collaborate with developers and product stakeholders to transform ideas into polished user experiences.
• Design dashboards and data-driven interfaces that present information in a clear and user-friendly way.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and user needs.
• Help maintain consistency through reusable components and design systems.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout and Components.
• A portfolio showcasing clean, modern, and thoughtful design work.
• Basic understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to continuously improve.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Eagerness to learn, accept feedback, and grow professionally.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing dashboards or data-heavy applications.
• Interest in sports, fitness, analytics, or performance technology.
• Familiarity with responsive design and design systems.
• Experience working closely with software developers.
• Basic or good English communication skills are a plus but are not required. Candidates who are still improving their English are welcome to apply.
