Role Description

The UI/UX Designer will work on-site in Bengaluru in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive, visually appealing interfaces. Daily responsibilities include creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, refining visual design elements, and ensuring consistency across web and mobile experiences. The role involves conducting user research, gathering feedback, and applying user-centered design principles to improve usability and engagement. The UI/UX Designer will document design decisions, prepare design assets for handoff to front-end development, and participate in design reviews and iterative improvements. This position requires active collaboration with engineering teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with product requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong user experience design (UED) skills, including user flows, information architecture, and interaction design
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as user experience designer.
  • Ability to create clear mockups and high-fidelity visual design assets that align with brand guidelines
  • Experience with prototyping tools to build and test interactive prototypes
  • Understanding of front-end development concepts to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
  • Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar)
  • Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work for web or mobile products
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience with usability testing, user research methods, and iterative design processes is beneficial
  • Familiarity with responsive design, accessibility best practices, and design systems is an advantage
