📋 Description

• Design visual assets across alongside the Design Foundations team, including icons, illustrations, product UI assets, and other product related visuals.
• Help evolve and apply [REDACTED]'s visual identity system across typography, color, layout, and brand expression.
• Develop concepts from creative briefs to final handoff with design quality and speed.
• Partner with product design teams to expand and align the visual language.
• Maintain organized, handoff-ready files and contribute to shared design libraries.
• Participate in design crits and provide feedback to improve the work.

🎯 Requirements

• Have 5–9 years of experience in visual, brand, or marketing design, with a portfolio that demonstrates range — from design / brand systems work to expressive digital product or brand design.
• Are expert-level in Figma and have strong command of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects). You choose the right tool for the task.
• Have exceptional instincts for typography, layout, color, and hierarchy.
• Are comfortable working within an established brand while actively contributing to its evolution.
• Can manage multiple projects and deadlines without losing your attention to detail or your standards.
• Have worked in-house at an AI-native technology, SaaS company — or fast-paced design agency.
• Have familiarity with motion or animation design. Not required, but a huge plus.
