📋 Description

• Lead UX discovery cycles: user interviews, review analysis, heuristic evaluations, and synthesis of actionable insights
• Map user journeys (customer journey maps) and service blueprints considering both physical and digital touchpoints
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interaction specifications for iOS and Android features
• Plan and run usability tests, document findings, and translate them into prioritized recommendations
• Work within the current design system, proposing evolutions when existing patterns do not address new challenges
• Actively participate in product team ceremonies, contributing to prioritization with a user-centered perspective
• Establish UX metrics (task success rate, SUS, CSAT, NPS) and track their progress

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in digital product design with a focus on native mobile apps (iOS and/or Android)
• Proficiency in Figma (required)
• Practical knowledge of user research methodologies: interviews, usability testing, qualitative analysis
• Ability to produce and interpret user journeys and service blueprints of real complexity
• Familiarity with design systems and componentization logic
• Experience in agile contexts with iterative deliveries and continuous alignment with development teams
