Department: Product & Design, end to end Design. Reports to: Design Director / Head of Product Design.
Role Summary
The Senior UX/UI Designer leads complex design initiatives and plays a strategic role in shaping product experiences. This role owns design decisions end to end, mentors junior designers, and influences product direction through strong user advocacy, design leadership, and systems thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Design of complex, multi-surface user experiences from concept to execution
- Drive experience strategy, balancing user needs, business goals, & technical constraints
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to define product vision & roadmap
- Plan and apply user research and usability evaluation to inform design decisions
- Own & evolve design systems, patterns, and experience frameworks
- Lead UX/UI Designers, raising design quality across the team
- Influence stakeholders through clear storytelling, data, and design rationale
- Identify opportunities to improve design processes, workflows, and cross-team collaboration
Required Qualifications
- 6–10+ years of experience in UX, UI, or Product Design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership, strategic thinking, and impact
- Expert proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
- Deep understanding of interaction design, visual design systems, accessibility, and usability
- Proven experience influencing product decisions and working with senior stakeholders
- Experience designing enterprise, SaaS, or complex digital products preferred
Core Skills:
- Advanced design and prototyping (Figma required)
- AI-supported design experience (Figma AI, ChatGPT, Lovable — must be listed on CV)
