About this role

Work with [REDACTED] in Warsaw and its [REDACTED] organisation, [REDACTED]'s global technology backbone with more than 1000 people, building the digital products that power our end-to-end food experience. From meal kits and ready-to-eat meals to specialty offerings like pet food and premium meat & seafood, [REDACTED] creates the platforms that bring tailored food solutions to millions of customers every month.

Our subscription-based, direct-to-consumer model relies on technology at every step, from customer-facing apps and personalization logic to pricing, forecasting, supply chain optimization, and initiatives that help reduce food waste. While our brands operate independently to serve distinct customer needs, they are united by shared platforms, data, and operational excellence built by [REDACTED].

[REDACTED] works in autonomous, cross-functional alliances, each owning a specific product or domain end-to-end. By working with our Warsaw office, you will help shape scalable, data-driven products used across our markets, working with a modern tech stack and international teams to continuously improve how people discover, order, and enjoy [REDACTED]'s products, today and in the future.

About the role: What's in the box

[REDACTED] Group is building the next generation of consumer experiences across its portfolio—from discovery and personalization to shopping and subscription management. The Consumer UX team is at the heart of this work, designing end-to-end experiences that are simple, delightful, and grounded in real customer needs.

This role requires a Senior UX Designer who brings an entrepreneurial mindset, a high craft bar, and the agency to push for the right solution. The scope involves working on complex consumer problems with real business impact, collaborating across product, engineering, and brand in an environment that values curiosity, speed, and quality in equal measure.

This role holds accountability for end-to-end design projects and helps establish processes that drive success across the team and organization. It does not include people management responsibilities.

What you'll do: The Recipe

  • Consumer Experience Design: Lead design from concept to execution, maintaining accountability for the full experience across consumer touchpoints, and holding a high bar for quality at every stage of that arc.
  • AI-Native Workflow: Use AI as an active part of the workflow—generating and synthesizing user insights, accelerating discovery, building rapid prototypes, and closing the gap between design and code to move faster and think sharper.
  • Raise the Craft Bar: Bring a keen eye for detail across every layer—layout, motion, typography, micro-interaction—and hold that standard within the cross-functional unit. Use animation and motion as strategic tools to make experiences feel alive and intentional.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify and explore product opportunities through market research and user analysis, translating insights into informed design decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product leads, engineers, and other stakeholders to align design strategies with business goals and technical requirements. Make confident decisions with cross-functional partners and advocate clearly and persistently for the right design outcome.

What you'll bring: The Ingredients

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality consumer products end-to-end.
  • AI-Native Design Skills: Active use of AI tools across the design workflow—for strategy, insight synthesis, discovery, rapid prototyping, and design-to-code development. Fluency with tools like Figma AI, Claude, and similar is expected.
  • Craft Excellence: Exceptional visual and interaction design skills with a high personal bar. Deep focus on details—hierarchy, motion, micro-interaction, animation—and the ability to articulate design quality standards effectively. Experience using motion to elevate product quality is a strong plus.
  • High Agency: Proactivity to push for the right technical solution rather than the convenient one, bringing conviction to design decisions and collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions effectively upward and across business functions.

What We Offer: The Toppings

  • Global collaboration at scale: Collaborate with experienced engineers and product partners across [REDACTED]'s international teams, in a culture of active knowledge sharing.
  • Technology with real-world impact: Build and operate modern systems at global scale, supporting 6+ millions of customers and complex supply chain operations.
  • Technical/Product/Design leadership: Drive best practices and influence architecture/design, quality, and ways of working in an autonomous, product-led setup.
  • End-to-end development/delivery: Drive decisions from problem definition to production, improving systems and enabling long-term scalability.
  • Access to workspace at Warsaw Centre Point: The hub offers modern facilities including showers, breakout zones, outdoor space, cycle parking, and refreshments (coffee, soft drinks, and fruit).
