📋 Description

• Own end-to-end journeys across onboarding, activation and ongoing account management for the Business Account, across the Merchant Dashboard and Business App
• Design clear, data-dense interfaces for complex financial information
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Compliance/Risk, and UX Researchers
• Partner with designers from other streams to ensure cohesive experience
• Use data and insights to inform design decisions
• Plan and conduct user research with business users
• Present and advocate for design work to stakeholders
• Contribute Business Account patterns to the design system
• Take full ownership of work in a fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience designing digital products, ideally B2B, fintech, or complex data-rich tools
• Strong craft skills demonstrated through a portfolio
• Comfort designing across both web/dashboard and native mobile (iOS and Android)
• Ability to handle complexity and financial/lending lifecycles
• Ability to think strategically and articulate a compelling design vision
• Understanding of technical constraints and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering
• Confident in your work and strong communication skills
• Experience applying systems thinking and contributing to shared design systems
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience in fintech or financial products strongly preferred
• Fluency in English is required
