About this role

The [REDACTED] Invites team is seeking an extraordinary product designer who leads with craft and brings a deep passion for consumer experience. You understand that the best consumer products aren't just functional — they're felt. You care deeply about visual quality, motion, and the small moments of delight that make an experience memorable. You have an exceptional eye for typography, color, layout, and the subtle details that separate good design from great design.

You are a natural collaborator who communicates with clarity and confidence across Engineering, Product Marketing, and Senior Leadership. You move fluidly between big-picture thinking and pixel-level execution — able to hold the vision while sweating the details. You approach complexity with calm, translating ambiguous creative challenges into focused, elegant solutions that feel inevitable in hindsight. Your work will be experienced by millions of [REDACTED] users around the world, in some of the most personal and joyful moments of their lives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in product design with a strong focus on consumer-facing applications and UI across iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and related platforms
  • A portfolio that demonstrates visual craft, design thinking, expressive UI, and a clear point of view on consumer experience
  • Proven track record of project leadership and cross-functional collaboration, with experience influencing product direction at the feature and system level
  • Highly skilled in Sketch, Keynote, and prototyping tools — able to communicate ideas through high-fidelity comps, motion explorations, and interactive prototypes
  • Strong visual design fundamentals: typography, color, hierarchy, motion, and compositional fluency
  • Exceptional communication skills — able to articulate design decisions clearly and persuasively to cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable working independently and iteratively in a fast-paced, high-craft environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience designing social, sharing, or event-based consumer products
  • Familiarity with motion design and animation principles as part of the product design process
  • A genuine passion for [REDACTED], its products, and its customers — and a deep understanding of what makes [REDACTED] experiences feel distinct
  • Commitment to designing inclusive and accessible products for a global audience
