The role

[REDACTED] is hiring its second Product Designer. You'll own your own research-to-production design process across verticals and market expansion, working in a genuine design partnership where the quality bar raises through ongoing two-way critique.

You'll research categories most designers haven't worked in, find the moments that determine whether a customer commits to an energy plan, and ship your work. This is also a role where you'll help establish design culture at [REDACTED] while the company is still early enough for it to matter.
