  • Gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders to identify pain points, opportunities, and enhancements for the platform
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure success and guide future improvements
  • Other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of product management or engineering experience, delivering highly technical products
  • Experience with subscription products, pricing, and/or demonstrated success in improving user retention
  • Demonstrated experience building products powered by LLMs, AI agents, or intelligent workflow automation. Ability to identify operational processes and apply AI technologies to automate decision-making, improve efficiency, and reduce manual work
  • Demonstrated data-driven approach to problem solving by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data, using customer feedback and business insights to drive product decisions
  • Experience managing a portfolio of products. Experience working across multiple engineering teams simultaneously
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Healthy balance of both analytical and creative thinking with a desire to discover and fulfill the needs of clients as well as end users
  • Experience with SaaS platforms, developer ecosystems, or enterprise-scale solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a hyper-growth startup environment
