About The Role:

We are looking for talented Video Editors/Motion Designers who can create polished 1-2 minute explainer-style videos for the finance education niche think concept breakdowns, data visualisations, and simplified teaching content that makes complex financial ideas easy to understand.

No. of Openings: 3

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Work From Home

Package: 20,000 - 25,000 per Month (Starting Salary, with performance-based increments)

REQUIREMENTS:

• This is a full time role only, apply if you can devote full time.
• You have experience creating explainer-style motion graphic videos infographics, animated charts/graphs, icon-based storytelling, or concept breakdowns (finance/edu niche experience is a strong plus).
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in After Effects for motion design (not just editing).
• You're a quick learner who can simplify complex information into clean, visually engaging animation.
• You must have a great editing system which supports high-end motion graphics rendering and good Wi-Fi connection.

We are looking for people with:

• Strong hands-on expertise in After Effects including shape layers, expressions, and animation presets/templates for faster turnaround.
• Solid understanding of Typography, Layout, Color Theory, and Motion Timing.
• Ability to visually represent data charts, graphs, counters, comparisons in a way that's accurate and easy to follow.
• Can maintain high speed and consistency across multiple videos without compromising visual quality.
• Very punctual about meeting deadlines, especially given the fast turnaround needs of explainer content.
• Good knowledge of Illustrator or Canva for supporting graphic assets/icons.
• Bonus: interest in or basic understanding of finance/investing concepts (helps with accuracy and pacing of explanations).
• Committed, sincere, and respectful towards the work and teammates.
• Can join immediately.
