📋 Description

• Take full ownership of game design and the end-to-end player experience.
• Critically audit existing mechanics, reward loops, and onboarding flows to identify areas for optimization.
• Propose and prototype concrete enhancements for retention strategies, mini-game, training task.
• Design new gameplay systems that harmonize engagement with our client's core neurocognitive goals.
• Refine UX details including copy, pacing, and friction points across the mobile application.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to leverage behavioral data in design choices.
• Communicate concepts through clear specifications and actionable prototypes for development.

🎯 Requirements

• 8 years overall game design experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Extensive experience in mobile game design, particularly within wellness or casual genres.
• Deep mastery of retention mechanics, progression systems, and reward structures.
• Expert understanding of mobile UX principles and funnel-driven product thinking.
• Ability to provide and receive direct, constructive feedback in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive mindset with the independence to solve complex problems without oversight.
• Rapid execution skills, converting ideas into technical documentation with high reliability.
• Strong professional communication skills in English for daily team collaboration.
