📋 Description
- Take full ownership of game design and the end-to-end player experience.
- Critically audit existing mechanics, reward loops, and onboarding flows to identify areas for optimization.
- Propose and prototype concrete enhancements for retention strategies, mini-game, training task.
- Design new gameplay systems that harmonize engagement with our client's core neurocognitive goals.
- Refine UX details including copy, pacing, and friction points across the mobile application.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to leverage behavioral data in design choices.
- Communicate concepts through clear specifications and actionable prototypes for development.
🎯 Requirements
- 8 years overall game design experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Extensive experience in mobile game design, particularly within wellness or casual genres.
- Deep mastery of retention mechanics, progression systems, and reward structures.
- Expert understanding of mobile UX principles and funnel-driven product thinking.
- Ability to provide and receive direct, constructive feedback in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive mindset with the independence to solve complex problems without oversight.
- Rapid execution skills, converting ideas into technical documentation with high reliability.
- Strong professional communication skills in English for daily team collaboration.
