• High-growth or scale-up experience.
• High agency and ownership; you define it when something is unclear.
• Bias for action and an iterative mindset.
• Comfort with prototyping tools beyond static design software.
• Analytically sharp; use data to make the case.
• Demonstrably ahead of the curve on AI-augmented design practices.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
