About the role:

We are seeking a Graphic/Web Designer to create visually compelling, conversion-focused websites and marketing assets for our client. The ideal candidate has strong experience designing modern websites, landing pages, and digital marketing creatives that align with brand guidelines while maximizing user experience and conversion rates.

This role requires a creative professional who understands both aesthetics and marketing principles and collaborates closely with developers, marketers, and account managers to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred.

Experience designing for healthcare or dental clients is preferred.

What you'll be doing:

• Design modern, responsive websites and landing pages that drive conversions and enhance user experience.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and UI designs for new website builds and redesign projects.
• Design digital marketing assets including social media graphics, display ads, email graphics, and promotional materials.
• Develop branding materials such as logos, icons, style guides, and visual identity assets.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and maintain consistency.
• Optimize designs for mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and conversion rate best practices.
• Maintain consistent branding across multiple client accounts and marketing channels.
• Prepare organized design files and assets for development and production.
• Incorporate client feedback and revisions while meeting project deadlines.
• Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, web design best practices, and emerging design technologies.

Who are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design and Web Design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe XD.
• Experience designing websites using WordPress, Elementor, Webflow, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive web design, and conversion-focused design.
• Experience creating digital marketing assets for websites, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and experience collaborating with developers.
• Strong portfolio showcasing website design, branding, and digital marketing projects.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.
• Experience in a digital marketing agency is required, preferably serving U.S. clients.
• Experience in the healthcare or dental niche is preferred.

Position: Graphic/Web Designer

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Preferred Location: Latin America and South Africa

Working Hours: 9 am - 6 pm EST

Holidays: US Federal Holiday

Salary: USD 1400 - USD 1600
