📋 Description

• Designing visual assets for websites, social media, sales collateral, etc.
• Conceptualizing creative ideas with our Brand Strategist and Clients.
• Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
• Testing and improving the design of our client's website, considering user experience, site & page architecture, and CRO.
• Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
• Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
• Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.
• Designing sample pages including colors and fonts.
• Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Web Designer, or Digital Designer, with a strong portfolio of digital and web design projects.
• Experience designing websites, social media graphics, sales collateral, and other marketing materials while maintaining brand consistency.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles and responsive web design.
• Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity website designs in Figma.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, color theory, and visual design best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in English with the ability to present and explain design decisions clearly.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced agency environment.
