Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop compelling visual assets that support a variety of sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, and business priorities. This role reports to the Head of Marketing but works closely with Sales and other cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into clear, engaging, and on-brand assets.

The ideal candidate can balance creativity with commercial objectives, adapt to conflicting priorities and deadlines, and be skilled in creating high quality assets across a range of formats and channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce creative assets for sales initiatives, campaigns, product launches, events, and other business priorities.
  • Content development and coordination: Create and Maintain sales collateral including but not limited to flyers, sell sheets, promo sheets, catalogs etc.
  • Coordination with internal teams and vendors to develop marketing assets
  • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while adapting creative approaches for different audiences, campaigns, and channels.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and delivering high-quality work within established timelines.
  • Develop templates and scalable design systems that enable teams to create consistent, high-quality materials more efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain creative assets, source files, and shared design resources.
  • Photography knowledge a major plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a graphic design, marketing or communications role
  • Strong writing, verbal and content creation skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Design Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Ability to easily manage multiple assignments with conflicting priorities
  • Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Constant contact, Google Ads, & Canva)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the take feedback
  • Collaboration & Teamwork Mindset
