📋 Description
- Define design direction for product and brand for US launch.
- Build design systems, practices, and feedback loops to scale.
- Turn complex regulatory workflows into clear, intuitive experiences.
- Collaborate with Head of Product and engineers on production-ready UI.
- Own end-to-end customer journeys and in-house product ownership.
- Stay close to the work with prototypes and customer interviews.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of product design with end-to-end impact.
- In-house experience owning complete customer journeys.
- Portfolio showing exceptional visual design and impact.
- Strong information architecture, interaction design, prototyping.
- Independently lead discovery: interviews, prototypes, usability tests.
- Experience designing complex, multi-party or regulated products.
