📋 Description

• Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's global presence
• Define design strategies and lead the creation of cohesive, human centered experiences
• Craft user experiences alongside key product stakeholders
• Design wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts
• Develop visually appealing and brand consistent designs
• Work closely with cross functional teams including developers, project managers, and product managers
• Implement enterprise level design systems in all solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX Director or senior level UX practitioner with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• 8+ years leading UI and UX design for enterprise scale digital platforms
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, primarily Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and human centered design
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards WCAG and best practices
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship management skills
• Experience working with design systems
• Strict brand guidelines and UX best practices knowledge
• Demonstrated knowledge and use of design pattern trends and best practices
• Innovative and collaborative mindset, adaptable to fast paced, ever evolving creative environments
