Contract UX Researcher (Part-Time)

- [REDACTED] is looking for a contract UX Researcher to lead member discovery research
- This role is central to our Q3 2026 strategy
- You'll conduct member interviews across a mix of modalities, synthesize findings, and develop personas that will directly inform our product strategies
- Design and refine a lean interview guide (building on an existing question bank)
- Design and implement a member outreach strategy this includes identifying and testing recruitment channels and adapting the approach over time using formats like focus groups or group calls where 1:1 volume falls short
- Conduct member interviews weekly in coordination with our Maternity Navigators and Outreach team
- Identify friction points including login hurdles, platform preferences, and SDOH-related barriers
- Synthesize qualitative findings into clearly defined member personas Surface early retention signals and recommend triggers or interventions the product and care teams can act on quickly
- This is a part-time contract role (~20 hours/week) for approximately 4 months, with potential to extend. Fully remote with occasional coordination calls with the product and care teams
