About [REDACTED] Accelerator Program

[REDACTED] Accelerator Program is a concise 3-6 months program designed to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at [REDACTED] and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds' leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. You will be hired under a junior fixed term contract.

Currently a Bachelors students who can work 5 days per week for a period of 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the experience of product functionality and processes
• Provide experience reports from the user's perspective to help the product team improve the user experience
• Assist new users in resolving issues during the onboarding process

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Project, and Visio
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate
• Able to collaborate effectively across multiple business units
• Good customer service awareness
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
