I’m a UX and Service Design student in Finland with a background in media, storytelling and digital environments. I’m interested in how user understanding, trust and clarity shape meaningful digital experiences.
My focus areas include user research, service experience and human-centered digital services. Alongside my studies, I work as a System Specialist at Yle, which has given me experience in technical environments, cross-functional collaboration and digital workflows. I’m especially interested in the intersection of UX, digital services, AI and future user experiences.
