Alexandra Pinegger
I spent 10 years in international hospitality, 15 years in hospital operations before I had a name for what I was doing.
To me it was common sense: understand everyone affected, design with them, see what works, iterate.
Then I found Service Design — and realised it was a discipline, not just an instinct.
My path: operations → project management → change management → Service Design.
Each step added the layer the previous one was missing.
I'm here to sharpen the thinking and bring operational depth to the principles I already live by.
