I checked out PIP Coffee and Clay and it seems it’s about 15 mins from Tempe, 20 mins from Mesa, and 25 mins from Chandler (timings vary based on traffic). I’ve been here before and it is a really cool spot! They stay open till 9 pm. It’s a place where you can order coffee, local wines, sandwiches, and sweets. Since we aren’t such a large group for starters, this place should do just fine.
They also have really beautiful pottery for purchase that are all hand-made by pottery artists. They have pottery classes in the back. I’ve been to one and if you are looking for some quality time with a loved one, this is a must-visit!
