Damos la bienvenida a 2022 con la puesta en común de los proyectos abordados durante 2021 por los Grupos de Trabajo de la IxDF Madrid. Presentaremos los resultados del proceso de diseño de 5 productos digitales centrados en los objetivos del milenio, en concreto nos hemos centrado en:
- Ciudadania: con la app social "Planes Vecinos" - Educación: con la plataforma educativa "EducaLab" - Salud: con la app de gestión médica "DoctorD" - Diversidad: con la app de apoyo a la diversidad "Way +" - Ecología: con una web para la economía circular "Ecolyp"
AGENDA Primero compartiremos con los asistentes el marco de trabajo utilizado y la plantilla de MIRO que hemos utilizado para el abordaje de los diferentes retos. Luego, cada grupo de trabajo compartirá de forma resumida cómo ha abordado cada fase del diseño utilizando el marco de trabajo de "Design Thinking" armonizado con Lean Inception para la construcción de un MVP real.

QUÉ APRENDERÁS Como con mucha voluntad y pocos recursos, un grupo humano diverso puede abordar un proyecto de diseño desde cero hasta la fase de prototipado y testeo. Sobre todo compartiremos lo que hemos hecho mal, porque solo se aprende del ensayo-error y aunque el proyecto era para un cliente "simulado", hemos vivido la realidad de tener que coordinar, delegar y renunciar (que no es poca cosa)
BONUS TRACK Compartiremos el formulario de inscripción para la siguiente edición de estos grupos de trabajo colaborativos, la idea es hacer una versión "ultra-lean" que dure desde después de semana santa (18 de abril) hasta el 30 de junio: 3 meses y 5 sprints de 15 días, ¿alguien se atreve?
