Hi everyone, I am exploring my thirst to learn and to pick up new skills as I advance my career. Got a strong background in customer service and managing physical, high-touch and low-touch developer communities. I've got a long term goal of helping to build easy-to-use, eye-catching design experiences on web, mobile and everyday items. Joining this community is a concrete step in this direction. I am a total newbie and am looking forward to learn as much as I can. Thank you.

    Hello guys

Feels great to be on this platform. I want to learn UX Design and how to use it in solving practical problems. I have started with Design thinking and can't wait to explore other courses.

I would also appreciate advice on how to begin using these knowledge practically.

Hello Alisa, there is no requirement for graphics design as a prerequisite for UX design. For some people, having an "eye" for how things are aligned visually may be helpful. But there are many excellent UX designers who have learned about visuals and where to place things as they went along in their career.
