Social UX: Success depends on your relationship with your users

Add to your calendar:

User Research workshop with Anouschka Scholten, User Researcher & Sr. Interaction Designer.

We can confidently say, that we are ALL trying to (positively) influence each other in some way or another. Within business, we try to do that primarily through the products, services and websites we build. Some choose to do that by selling and some through moving mountains in social or environmental behaviour. No matter what problem you are trying to solve there are two questions which are key for success or failure..:

  • Are you making the right product or service?
  • Are you making the product or service right?

The biggest issue in this? We have too many assumptions, always. And believe it or not, you are not your user. So, no wonder we strive to minimize risk as we can lose a lot (resources, money, people, time) when what we created is not used.

How to avoid it? One key to success is: User Research.

Join Anouschka, Interaction designer, User Researcher & Trainer, who will break the mystery of your users so that you can build more successful & meaningful relationships with your clients and stakeholders. During this session, she will not only share her vision and experience but through interactive exercises you will be dressed up with your own User Research tools to start the very next day no matter what the size of your business.

This Wednesday’s meetup will be all about testing our assumptions!

“How do you know if the next landing page or website is going to be successful?”

“”What can you do to launch products or services online that your target group is interested in?

    Three words, two skills:

    Usability Testing. Interviews.

These are just two techniques within User Research that help companies and entrepreneurs test what they build or design to ensure larger success.

This Wednesday, Anouschka, will do some real live testing and examples to dress you up with these skills you can immedietly implement!

    The result?

More successful launches. Less waste of time, money and resources.

    Sound interesting?
