A virtual talk exploring how psychology can help us design AI-enabled experiences more thoughtfully, critically, and responsibly.
Event Description
As AI becomes more embedded in the products and services we design, the conversation often centers on capability, speed, and novelty. But good AI design also requires a deeper understanding of people: how they perceive, interpret, trust, question, and respond to what we create.
In this virtual IxDF San Diego event, Tiziana d’Agostino will explore why psychology deserves a more central role in AI-driven design. Through that lens, the session will examine themes such as cognitive load, bias, agency, ethics, and responsibility in AI-enabled experiences.
Rather than focusing only on what AI can do, this talk will invite attendees to think more critically about how AI is experienced — and what more responsible, human-centered design can look like in practice.
The event will include a 45-minute presentation, 15-minute Q&A, and an interactive element.
