It looks, from our survey, that most people would prefer Sunday, October 20th between 6:00PM to 8:00PM. So I think we will keep this date as our official date. Should I reserve for 7 at the Anticafe?
I think what would end up happening is that we'll do 2 days of meet up. The doodle is great but it's not fair for the rest of 26 people who didnt see the survey, I'll update the description soon.

Hi guys! I tried to call the Anticafé on Notre-Dame to reserve for next Sunday (for those who couldn’t on Saturday) but they won’t answer!! I literally called 15 times... should I reserve to the Anticafé on St-Catherine I stead?

Hi everyone! Anti café is a good idea! Personally I would prefer a week night and any of them works for me except Wednesday night. If you all think it’s easier on a weekend day, then it’s alright too :
Sweet! I thought about Crew Café, but it's pricey (~35/hr) and it has to have the flexibility to hold more people.. That's why I went with Anticafé as the first suggestion
As for the date, we can do closer too! Would weekday evenings (afterwork 6pm) suit people more or weekends?

EVERYBODY! WE DON'T HAVE A RESERVATION FOR SUNDAY. Unfortunately, Anticafe never answered :( I ended up coming to the meetup on Saturday so I don't think I will be coming tomorrow so please ensure you have a reservation somewhere. Very sorry about that and good luck :)
Hey Adrien, so I set a new location for Saturday (2-6pm) at L'Escalier! But there seems to be a few people who are going to Anticafe on Sunday at 6pm if that suits you better!

That's great thanks for the doodle! I dont know why but IDF doesnt seem to be great with notification haha, I've changed the event to Saturday the 19th a few weeks ago though! I can't on Sunday.
