En Junio invitamos a Lorena Maceratesi y Mariana Fiorillo para hablar sobre como implementar metodologías y procesos en el ámbito del estado. Cómo es llegar a una organización que no tiene UX, pero que entiende la necesidad de incorporarlo a sus dinámicas laborales ya que es el primer paso para poder crear un cambio en el paradigma de la institución.
Repasaremos los procesos y herramientas que han ayudado a colaborar en la creación del área de UX de Servicios Digitales del Ministerio de Producción y Trabajo. Y para no ser menos y contextualizar, el desafío se construye en un marco de organismo público, lidiando con agendas políticas y procesos de trabajo obsoletos.

Mariana y Lorena, hace más de tres años crearon Hi, una consultora UX que colabora con empresas e instituciones para mejorar los procesos y a introducir UX. Ambas son docentes en diversas universidades, y desde este año tienen a cargo la cátedra de Proyectos Audiovisuales Interactivos, de la Carrera de Diseño de Imagen y Sonido en FADU.
Actualmente trabajan para mejorar la experiencia del proceso de compra online en el Museo Del Prado; realizando research y relevamientos para el Teatro Real; y como consultoras UX en el área de Servicios Digitales del Ministerio de Producción y Trabajo.
