Nuevamente la agencia Bons nos abre sus puertas y para este mes invitamos a Paz Arando, líder de diseño en Mercado Libre y a Charlie Carreño, UX designer en Inter-Cultura.

Mentinos que nos gusta: Un doble click en las falacias dentro del diseño ux.
Junto a Paz vamos a conversar sobre argumentos y decisiones. En el mundo del diseño de experiencias de usuarios, el diseñar y argumentar van de la mano. Suele pasar que llegamos a una presentación flojitos de papeles, o mejor dicho, sin grandes argumentos de por que hicimos lo que hicimos. Los argumentos tienen un punto de partida (las premisas) y una meta de llegada (las conclusiones). Lo que pasa en el camino es nuestro proceso de argumentación y es lo que puede llevarnos a una conclusión válida o no. Nos situaremos en comprender mejor cómo poder argumentar y tal vez cambiar de pensamiento a lo largo de proceso de diseño, y que esto no está mal realmente.

Persuadimos o manipulamos usuarios: UX y behavioral economics
Junto a Charlie hablaremos de behavioral economics. ‘Behavioral economics’ o economía conductual es la disciplina que combina los principios de la psicología, sociología y economía para determinar lo que sucede en el mercado, con la finalidad de comprender y predecir las decisiones financieras de las personas. Un conocimiento muy poderoso pero que los diseñadores no estamos aprovechando al máximo su potencial.
