En este Local Meeting #46 continuamos celebrando el CXDAY, motivo por el cual nos centraremos a hablar sobre la Experiencia en sí, abordada desde la de clientes como la de usuario con 2 destacadas empresas que operan en Chile: Movistar y Everis.
La jornada será abierta por Marisa Cozak (LinkedIn), Directora de Experiencia de Clientes en Movistar Chile, quien nos hablará sobre "Ganando la confianza de nuestros clientes", donde abordará el cómo conocer los insigths de los clientes para brindarles la mejor experiencia. Escuchar lo que nos dicen directamente y también lo que logramos conocer a través de las herramientas digitales que “los entienden”. Veremos ejemplos de herramientas y cómo utilizarlas para la mejora.
Por otro lado, Carolina Sandoval (LinkedIn), UX Lead en Everis Chile nos hablará sobre "User Experience en Everis Chile", donde nos contará sobre la particular visión que tiene la empresa en Chile y cómo abordan sus problemáticas día a día, pues tienen dimensiones tan interesantes como aplicar UX en Digital Transformation (Fintech/Banca, Aerolíneas, Energía, Sector Público), Agile Dual Track y research.
En este 10mo evento del año vamos a conocer cómo ambas empresas enfrentan el desafío de entregar la mejor vivencia posible en Experiencia de Usuario y Customer Experience.
Como en todos los encuentros mensuales del Interaction Design Foundation Chile y Movistar, la sesión nos deja un accionable; una visión sobre las mejores practicas en transformación digital, insight sobre mejora de relaciones y por supuesto, una experiencia de aprendizaje continuo co-creado entre los asistentes y sus preguntas.
Esperamos que esta sesión, la Nº 46 de IxDF en Chile, sirva para abrir los horizontes de la disciplina, expandir criterios y fomentar el intercambio de experiencias en el área de interacción ubicua e intangible, tanto en productos como servicios.
