En este 9no evento del año vamos a conocer cómo las empresas enfrentan el desafío de la transformación digital, así como ellos integran perfiles multidisciplinarios en sus equipos, entre ellos, los roles de Experiencia de Usuario, Service Design y Customer Experience.
