Regarding the upcoming meetup, the venue details are shared only with approved RSVPs on Luma Platform (unofficial event management system for IxDF Pune)—typically limited to the first 20 to 30 participants on a first-come, first-served basis. This is done to ensure proper seating arrangements and a smooth experience for all attendees.
Those who RSVP beyond the initial cutoff are placed on a waiting list, and if there are any last-minute cancellations or no-shows, the organizer may consider approving additional requests based on availability.
I also noticed you’ve recently joined our WhatsApp group, which is great! We regularly share upcoming events there, and being among the first to RSVP can help you secure a confirmed spot without having to wait.
For any urgent queries or assistance, you’re always welcome to contact the listed organizer directly, and if needed, your local leader can also support you if the host is unavailable.
