Contextual Customer Research ¿Cómo medir, interpretar y mejorar un servicio análogo y digital?
Ahora sí, último meetup del año antes del gran evento gran de Diciembre (pronto más novedades). Para aquellos que no se van a Floripa al ISA de este año tenemos un lindo plan. Este mes invitamos a Alexis Brantes y Pamela Donoso que vienen desde Chile para hablar sobre investigación y service design.
Pamela es Periodista, Licenciada en comunicaciones y diplomada en Comunicación Digital Estratégica. Posee más de 16 años de experiencia y Ha estado a cargo de desarrollo gráfico y apoyo directo en las áreas comerciales en experiencia de cliente. Es especialista en procesos BTL, campañas y estrategias de marketing inbound online e implementación de Redes Sociales.
Constructora de material metodológico y pedagógico sobre e-marketing y de experiencia de clientes para capacitaciones. Tiene amplios trabajos en el análisis de experiencia de clientes análogos y digitales. y técnicas y procesos de investigación ux, cx y arquitectura de información en desarrollo de productos digitales.
Alex es investigador en diseño con un foco en las conductas de las personas en diversos ambientes, para lo cual se ha especializado en Neurociencias, obteniendo las herramientas necesarias para comprender sus patrones de conducta e integrar ese conocimiento en procesos de Diseño Centrado en el Usuario, Diseño de Interacción, Customer Experience y Realidad Virtual Inmersiva. Su pasión lo llevó a ser nombrado Continent Manager of South America por el Interaction Design Foundation (Dinamarca), donde lidera los equipos de 7 países de América del Sur.
Sus conocimientos de Informática, Neurociencias, Psicología Cognitiva y Diseño, ha desarrollado un software para medir las emociones de los usuarios (www.useremotion.com (http://www.useremotion.com/)). Su trabajo ha sido expuesto en conferencias en Colombia, Chile, Argentina y España.
Alexis se desempeña como UX Strategist y Researcher on Affective Computing (Emotion Researcher) en Posmo CX Consulting & Research, Consultora donde lidera el equipo de investigación y define las estrategias de UX para cada proyecto de la consultora.
