La televisión está cambiando; deja de ocupar su reino desde un televisor situado en el hogar para saltar a nuevas pantallas, ser accesible desde nuevos espacios y requerir de nuevas formas de consumo televisivo por parte de los telespectadores. Este escenario plantea nuevos retos para los diseñadores de la interacción ante la transformación de la experiencia televisiva, así que ¿cómo podemos los diseñadores UX ayudar a que la caja tonta se vuelva lista?
